HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Purchases can be made via our online store. Simply add the products you wish to purchase to the cart and checkout with the necessary information.
We will contact you shortly via the email address you have provided at checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
ZerestAudio will honour all refunds within 7 calendar days, no questions and no quibbles. Earphones should be returned in its original condition: without signs of damage.
If you face issues after the return period, do contact us via the contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Items are sent via Registered Post and would come with a tracking number, which would be made known to you. You can use it to view the delivery status of your product.
If the status is listed as "delivered" but you have not received your item, do contact us via the contact form.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
Our earphones do not come with a warranty. But if you have received a defective product, contact us and we will send you a replacement.
For any accidental damage or wear and tear, contact us on how to repair or fix your earpiece.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
We currently do not cater for international deliveries. All domestic deliveries in Singapore are done via SmartPac.
WHEN WILL AN ITEM BE RESTOCKED
As a small firm, our items are restocked by batches and according to general demand. Do let us know if you wish for an item to be brought back!
